La probl\u00e9matique est donc bien implant\u00e9e en Belgique. Par contre celle-ci n\u2019est pas aussi bien contr\u00f4l\u00e9e que d\u2019autres maladies. La lutte pr\u00e9ventive est par cons\u00e9quent la cl\u00e9 du succ\u00e8s ! Ce champignon b\u00e9nigne est capable de coloniser les plaies de tailles et forme une protection qui rend impossible la germination des spores de l\u2019ESCA.
